Annie Herman

Ms. Herman is a Principal in Ares Real Estate, where she focuses on U.S. real estate debt. Prior to joining Ares in 2020, Ms. Herman was a Director at Mount Street, where she was responsible for building out the U.S. platform and was focused on the asset management and surveillance of the firm's book of commercial real estate debt. Previously, Ms. Herman was a Vice President at CCRE, where she focused on CMBS and floating rate loan originations. In addition, Ms. Herman was an Associate at Rialto Capital, where she was involved in loan workouts and B-Piece investments. Ms. Herman began her career at Ernst & Young in their Transaction Real Estate practice. Ms. Herman holds a B.B.A. from Emory University in Finance.
