Managing Director
Mr. Proctor is a Managing Director in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. real estate debt. Prior to joining Ares in 2022, Mr. Proctor was a Managing Director and Head of Origination at LMF Commercial (formerly Rialto Mortgage), where he focused on CMBS loan origination and capital markets. Previously, Mr. Proctor was a Director and Head of Whole Loan and Subordinate Debt Distribution in the Real Estate Finance Group at UBS. In addition, Mr. Proctor was a Director at Barclays Capital, where he focused on originating, structuring and closing of first mortgage loans, B notes and mezzanine debt. Mr. Proctor began his career in the Structured Finance Ratings Group at Standard & Poor's. Mr. Proctor holds a B.A., cum laude, from Boston College in Finance.
