Andrew Ko

Mr. Ko is a Vice President and Counsel, Securities & Corporate Governance (Real Estate) in the Ares Legal and Compliance Group. Mr. Ko also serves as a Vice President and Assistant Secretary of Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation. Prior to joining Ares in 2022, he was an Associate at Morrison & Foerster LLP. Mr. Ko holds a B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles in Philosophy and a J.D. and an LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center.
